Dayanna Volitich here. I’m a 19-year old freshman student taking up BA English at Fresno State University. While there are many tracks to choose from, I decided to take creative writing classes because my goal is to become a sports writer. I’ve always supported LA-based teams like the Lakers and the Clippers since I was a kid. When I’m not too busy with my reading and writing assignments, you can find me cheering for these sports teams.

I guess you could also consider me a literature aficionado. Reading has never felt like a chore for me. These days, I am enjoying my theory and reading classes even if it means having to finish three to five books a week. Of course, because my goal is to become a sports writer, athlete biographies and autobiographies are on top of my book pile.

When it comes to style, I let my sporty side show. As a streetwear style follower, I am currently enjoying the athleisure trend. There’s nothing like wearing something that showcases both comfort and style.
